(Regular Limited Dues are $226/month)

Limited Members enjoy full social, pool and tennis privileges as well as golf privileges Tuesdays – Thursdays anytime and Fridays – Sundays in the afternoons (after 1:00pm off-season and after 2:00pm during season). No marina slip privileges.

Transferable Membership – Initiation Deposit: $8,000.00*  

* The Club offers a transferable membership as set out in the Club’s Membership Bylaws. Upon transfer of the membership, Club will pay Member fifty percent (50%) of the then current initiation fee at the time of transfer, not to exceed the amount of the original Initiation Fee paid by Member (the “Transfer Payment”). All account balances must be paid in full prior to the transfer of any membership. Member may not offset any charges against the Transfer Payment.


Social, Pool & Tennis:

Social, Pool and Tennis Memberships are non-voting Members whose immediate family (spouse and dependent children residing with Member or full-time college students under the age of 25) is entitled to use the Clubhouse, the swimming pool, the tennis facilities and participate in all club social activities.

Initiation Fee  $500.00 – WAIVED with “Gift of Membership” Certificate – ask your Membership Director for details!

* represents a $700.00 savings off of the published fee!

Monthly Dues:

 $ 106.00 ($84.00 if under age 35)

 In addition to the above dues information, all Members also pay a monthly surcharge of $25.00* and are responsible for a quarterly food minimum of $150.00. 

*the monthly surcharge is used as a gratuity pool among the Food & Beverage Staff – tipping is not required at Bluegrass.
