Golf Memberships – 60th Anniversary / Greens Rebuild Celebration!

2011 celebrates the 60^th anniversary of Bluegrass Yacht and Country Club and we will be celebrating with brand-new USGA greens opening Spring 2011! We would like to offer new Members a unique incentive to join us now and get in on the “ground-level” of this awesome undertaking. You’ll pay a lower initiation fee AND reduced dues from now until December 31, 2011.

Total Initiation Fee Due upon Enrollment $1,000.00

Winter Dues Pricing until 4/1/11:   JUST $125/month!

Monthly Surcharge* $ 25.00 

*the monthly surcharge is used as a gratuity pool among the Food & Beverage Staff – tipping is not required at Bluegrass. 

Golf Members have a $150.00 Quarterly Food and Beverage Minimum.

Anniversary Dues pricing from 4/1/11 – 12/31/11:  

represents a $60/month dues discount off of the regular dues in celebration of the 60^th Anniversary:

Ages 38 and up $ 285.00

Ages 33 – 37 $ 215.00

Ages under 33 $ 171.00

To continue Golf Membership a 2^nd payment of $1,000.00 will be due on 9/1/11 for a total investment of just $2,000.00 – a $6,000.00 savings off of the Club’s published initiation fee of $8,000.00!

note: the initiation fee and monthly fees are subject to TN State Tax – 9.25%

Golf Memberships provide golfing privileges, marina privileges, swim and tennis privileges and clubhouse privileges to the Member and his/her immediate family (spouse and dependent children under the age of 25 residing with parents or are full-time college students).
